We had been crazy about France for many years and six years ago we also fell in love with La Moulinal. We have not regretted our purchase for a single moment and still get goose-pumps every time we turn on to the long drive and discover again the peace and tranquility of our domain. This amazing region of France has a lot on offer and we adore the nature, the markets, the quality of the food and wine and above all treasure the many great moments we had with our girls and with family and friends. A taste of Paradise...

La Moulinal is a superb property, with two tastefully restored 18th century cottages, located in an idyllic park of 1,7 ha (4.4 acres). The cottages combine authenticity with all modern comforts and their ancient thick walls will guarantee a cool refuge during the summer heat!

For those who likes sports, there is a large swimming pool (6m*12m) on site with anti-drowning alarm as well as a volley-ball court, a ping-pong table and a soccer field. Close-by it is possible to play golf, ride horses, cycle, do a boating trip etc. Culture and cuisine are never far away.

The medieval town of Castillonès is located 4 km away, Monflanquin is only 15 km away and in 25 minutes (25 km) you are in the center of Bergerac, passing along the way by the majestic castle of Monbazillac.

La Moulinal is located in a picturesque region where you will find charming medieval towns located in and around the romantic  Dordogne and Lot valleys. This area is known for its superb wines of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors, it's splendid castles, delightful summer markets etc. In short, the quality of life in this region is incomparable!
